YOU CAN ENSURE PROMPT PIN DELIVERY TO YOUR INBOX!

Most customers will promptly receive PINs from us directly to their Inbox.

However, you can further ensure all PINs arrive directly to your Inbox by adding us to your trusted sender list (Email Address Book). THIS IS QUICK AND EASY!

Start by selecting your email provider: Gmail | Yahoo | MSN / Hotmail | AOL | Other

Gmail

Steps to ensure email from PhoneCards.com is delivered to your Gmail Inbox:

Step 1: Click on Contacts

Step 2: Click Create Contact

Step 3: Type PhoneCards.com in the Name field and customercare@efulfillmentpartners.com in the Primary Email field. No other information is required. Also consider adding customercare@phonecards.com to your Contacts as we use both email addresses for PIN delivery.

Step 4: Click Save.

Note: Gmail always delivers messages from your contacts.

IMPORTANT: Never click the Spam button when viewing or marking a checkbox next to a PhoneCards.com email. If an email from PhoneCards.com is in your Spam folder, check it and then click the Not Spam button.

Yahoo

Steps to ensure email from PhoneCards.com is delivered to your Yahoo Inbox:

Step 1: Click on the arrow on the Addresses tab (top of the screen)

MSN / Hotmail

Steps to ensure email from PhoneCards.com is delivered to your MSN / Hotmail Inbox:

Step 1: Click on the Contacts tab at the top of the screen

IMPORTANT: Never click the Junk button when viewing or marking a checkbox next to a PhoneCards.com email. If an email from PhoneCards.com is in your Junk folder, check it and then click on the Not Junk button.

AOL

Steps to ensure email from PhoneCards.com is delivered to your AOL Inbox:

Step 1: Go to your AOL Homepage
Step 2: Under Mail in the top left corner, click Read
Step 3: Under Mail Options select Address Book
Step 4: Click Add
Step 5: Under Primary Email Address, select other email, then type customercare@efulfillmentpartners.com. Also consider adding customercare@phonecards.com to your Address Book as we use both for PIN delivery..

Note: Email coming from addresses saved in your Address Book will go to your AOL Inbox.

IMPORTANT: Never click the Report Spam button when viewing or marking a checkbox next to a PhoneCards.com email. If an email from PhoneCards.com is in your Bulk folder, check it and then click on the Move button and select Inbox.

Other

To ensure that PhoneCards.com communications are not delivered to your Spam or Bulk folder, be sure to add our email to your Address Book or Contacts in your email application. Consider contacting your email provider for assistance with the setup process.

Many email providers have Spam or Bulk functions that will automatically delete or block emails that you report as spam or junk. Hitting these buttons may prevent you from receiving email from PhoneCards.com. For the best results, avoid using these functions with PhoneCards.com communications.

If your email looks distorted or if the links within the email do not work, your email provider may automatically send emails to your inbox with the images and links disabled. In this case, look for a link or button that allows you to view the email with the images “turned on.” Consider contacting your email provider for assistance with the setup process.
