- Your current phone card will continue to
work. Once the time on your current card is depleted,
however, simply use our phone
card rate finder to find a new phone card to best suit
your calling needs.
- To purchase a new phone card at PhoneCards.com, you may
need to re-register. We know this is a lot to ask, but it is a
necessary and unavoidable part of our new
partnership. We’ve done our very best to make
re-registering as quick and as
easy as possible. You can register
your new account by clicking on the My Account link at the top or bottom of this page.
- Our new phone cards come with a 100%
Guarantee.
- Most of our phone cards are rechargeable
online and you can select to be notified of a
low-balance via email and/or to automatically have more time
added to your PIN when it becomes low.
Should you have any questions about our new web site or
products purchased after 24 August 2009, please contact our
customer service department.
For questions about phone cards purchased prior to 24 August
2009, please refer to the customer support phone number provided
by email with your receipt for those purchases. Unfortunately,
our new customer support team is not able to access records or
answer questions about those phone cards.
